Hey Neighbors,

Thanks for visiting ParkPointeNMB.com. I’m Ronn Young-Black, currently a serving as a member at large on the Park Pointe

Property Owners Association Board of Directors and also I’m also a member and chairperson on the Architectural Review Committee. 

You know how the ARC guidelines sometimes mention “refer to re-approval list?” A bit of a unicorn right, talked about, but has anyone actually seen it? Well we didn’t actually have one but it has been in the works for some time now. We hope to be getting that out to you all soon! Keep in mind, the pre-approval list and guidelines in general are subject to change as we continue to live in and enjoy our beautiful homes here in Park Pointe. 

And as we warm up and start our home and yard projects, when in doubt if something needs an ARC application, or you need help finding the guidelines and bylaws, give Waccamaw Management a call or send them an electronic message through the TownSq app.
